The topic today is: RELEVANT

When I hear the word RELEVANT my mind sees a window sticker of Jesus wearing a crown of thorns with pain in His eyes. My brother-in-law has this sticker on the back of his truck. Next to the picture, there sits the word: Relevant. I never have quite understood the sticker other than I guess it means that Jesus and what He did for us is still relevant.
The Word of God IS and will ALWAYS be relevant.
It isn’t a book with dead words filling each page. Instead it is a MIGHTY weapon used for battle. A tool for survival!
Those words are ALIVE and when spoken out loud, they create a ripple effect throughout the atmosphere.
Scripture declares that God’s Word WILL NOT return void, but will accomplish everything it is sent out to do.
When I was bound by fear, it was God’s Word that was my sword. It is His Word that I declare over my life and over my family each day.
God’s Word is relevant and so is He.
He is the creator of all things and will always be a part of our lives — even if we attempt to ignore Him. One way or the other, people will someday come face to face with the reality of our relevant Father.
It is written that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
I pray that IF you are reading this post, you will confess that Jesus is Lord on THIS side of heaven. It will be too late once you leave earth.
