Google Friend ConnectI am so disappointed about this …

Why is Google Friend Connect picking on us WordPress bloggers?

Some of you who use a WordPress template OR view blogs who do, may have noticed that our Google Friend Connect widget that allows you to “Join” our site (follow us) is missing.   Now all that is left in its place is an error message.   Well, there is NO error — it is intentional on Google’s side.

Boooooo!

I had a lot of friends who connected with me through GFC and I hope I don’t lose all contact with them.   I will miss seeing their beautiful faces each time I look at my blog.

If you are reading this post and would like to stay in touch, you have several options.  Receive posts via email:   All you have to do is place your email address in the box on the right side of my blog.  You will be sent a confirmation email from Feedburner that will request you activate your subscription.   Once you activate it, you will begin to receive my posts via email.  :o)  IF you DON’T activate your subscription, you won’t receive my posts.   Please be sure to follow through.

If you don’t wish to subscribe via email, you may follow me by RSS feed or “like” my blog on Facebook and connect with me there.  Just click on the buttons at the top right corner of my blog.

I will eventually remove the wounded widget from my sidebar.  I know the error message isn’t attractive, but I continue to hope that Google will have mercy on us and reinstate our dear Friend Connect.

Thanks for you time!

God bless you today!
