May I just grumble for one second? (I know, Philippians 2:14 states, “Do everything without complaining or arguing …”)

Ok, so I will try to present this without complaining. I’ll just state the facts.

1. I have a cell phone.
2. I have had cell phone for a while and would like to upgrade.
3. My contract runs out in MAY!
4. I have been with this company for many years (actually I was with the company that they “merged with or purchased” for many years).
5. I have had several upgrades with this company over the years.
6. There is no such thing as honoring faithful customers anymore. (Wait, that sounded more like a complaint … sorry.)
7. This company that starts with a big S will not let me upgrade now (unless I want to be penalized $200 for breaking my contract). Even though I want to stick with them AND use one of their phones.
8. This company also wants to charge me $600 for the Blackberry Curve on TOP of my $200 penalty.
9. Oh, and in case you were wondering, I would LOSE my cell phone number.
10. I dislike this policy and wish I could express my disdain with the S company.

My dear, sweet Boaz is trying to work it out for me somehow. God bless him. I love my husband! Even if he can’t work it out — he took this into his own hands without me asking. Thank you Honey!

For those who have been my friend for a while may remember that I asked people many months ago about cell phones. See, I didn’t just hop into my decision. Now my hands are tied.

There. I presented the facts and tried not to whine. I’ll let you know how it works out.

NEWSFLASH!

Before I could even post this, my husband took care of it! He called the S company and put his foot down. (You go Boaz.) I love it! I love the way he just took care of me. Yay. The S company worked it out so I could get an upgrade. My Blackberry Curve is coming this week. Thank you dear Boaz! I will have unlimited texting and Internet. Woo hoo! What a man! This wonderful man of God really does walk in FAVOR. (Thank You Lord.)
