Did my title grab ya?  Good!  Thanks for visiting me today!
Our Princess will start Kindergarten this fall.  The school we plan to send our daughter prefers students with late summer birthdays to mature another year before starting.  Therefore, while all of my Mommy friends online where shedding tears over their 5 year old babies starting school, I still had a year of transition class (whew!).
Last week our daughter passed a screening visit where she met with the principal of her “hopefully” new school.  Here is a picture of her visit.

She did a great job!  We are so proud of her and the principal said she is a very smart little girl!
This week our baby girl had an eye doctor visit.  All is well, she just needs to wear an eye patch 2 hours a day on her strongest eye so that her other eye will gain strength.

After her visit we attended the FARM show with Daddy.  Not my cup of tea, but it made my husband happy.

She was very happy to remove the patch after two hours!

We received news that our daughter has been accepted at her school and can attend Kindergarten this fall!  Hallelujah!  One of our friends passed down some of her daughter’s uniforms, so we won’t have as many to purchase (Thank You Jenn!).  You can tell our little “ham” is very excited.  Here she is trying on some of the uniforms.  Uh, you will notice I blotted out the school’s name in two of the photos.

Last, but not least, I finally caught a picture of Daddy smiling while watching our daughter.  If he knows I have a camera, he tends to look away, but this was a great shot.  (By the way — all of these pictures were taken with my iPhone if you’re wondering why they might appear fuzzy.)
Have a super blessed weekend everyone!
(And please remember to pray for Egypt.)
