I have something to celebrate with my friends!

Nine weeks ago I started the Couch-to-5K Running Plan. When I first started I thought running 2 minutes was tough!



This is my last week on the plan, then I graduate!!! Basically I have one more 30 minute run and I’m finished.

Today I wanted to push myself to see if I could run a 5K (3.2 miles).

Guess what?

I DID IT!!!

This is what I posted on dailymile & facebook:

My FIRST 5k on the treadmill! I feel great and could have continued, but my goal was hitting 3.2 miles. Couch to 5k works!!!
