Last night was very exciting!  Joan Fitzgerald (a sweet friend who our Princess calls “Nana Joan”) is leading healing meetings at our church for three nights.  If you are local, you really should come Wednesday night!  Contact me and leave me your email address so I can share where I go to church if you would like to come.

People were healed and children were baptized in the Holy Spirit!

Matthew 3:11
I indeed
baptize
you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

It was a wonderful night!   I am so grateful!

Proverbs 22:6
Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.

A short update on my parents.  My Mom spent her first full day in rehab yesterday.  She was in a wheel chair when I arrived yesterday morning.  She seemed very week though.  I would appreciate your prayers for her.  I stayed for several hours and though it was hard to leave her there — I had to move on to visit my Dad and do some grocery shopping for him.

I have noticed that since my Mom has been away, Daddy has come out of his shell a bit.  After years of being a caregiver to my Mom, he was weary and I’m sure stressed.  Though he misses his wife, he has started to settle into a new “norm” and is a bit relaxed.  He is talking to me in the way he did years ago.  I don’t know how to explain other than to say it that way.

Even though in the natural this is a sad time, I can definitely see God’s Hand in it all — healing bitterness and weariness — softening some hard areas.

Deuteronomy 31:8
And the LORD, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.

I pray each of you have a wonderful day.  And I certainly appreciate your prayers for my parents.

God bless you!
