I love to spend time with the Lord in the morning when my family is still asleep. Selfishly, that is just about the only time I have alone, but most importantly — the Lord wants me to meet with Him.
He is jealous for us and desires our attention.
One of the first things I say each day is, “Good morning Father.” For the parents reading this: Don’t you think it is sweet when your child tumbles out of bed and gives you a morning squeeze? I want to give Father God a smile as I set aside that time for just the two of us.
He is calling You to come and commune with Him as well.
Are you listening?
He delights in you and He created your unique personality to touch those around you in the way that ONLY you can do. I encourage you to seek Him each day and see what happens.
