Psalm 63:1 totally describes how I feel.

Most of you know we have a seasonal business on our farm and this is our busiest time of year.  Not only that, our daughter just complete her first quarter of 4th grade and the race is on.   When do I carve out time for the Lord?

In the summer, I always had time to start my mornings with Him and watch the sun rise over the trees behind our pasture, but now … well, you know.  Each of us have responsibilities.

I have never been okay with status quo Christianity.   I’m not okay with just going to church and going through the motions.  I MUST have God’s presence.  I MUST experience Him.   I MUST share HOPE with others.

I have a fire in my bones to see people healed.  I can’t describe it any other way.  It is a passion and a desire that God implanted in my soul many years ago.   I have seen many healed and cry out for more.

dowhatJesusdidThe other day I was watching Sid Roth and was intrigued by his guest Robby Dawkins.  His testimony stirred the fire within me because his passion is similar to what I have always wanted.  When he was 9 years old, he saw God do a miraculous change in another kid and he said, “This is what I want for the rest of my life.”   Me too Robby!  I want to see people set free and fall in love with Jesus!

If you also have this same burden, I highly recommend his CD’s and book:  Do What Jesus Did.   I listened to his CDs in one day.  I couldn’t put them down.  I was so fired up and he confirmed so many things I already feel.

Here is a quote from his book:

Love is the thing Satan can’t stand.  Love is the weapon of mass destruction.  Satan is the one who heaps shame on us — he’s the accuser, and in our approach to people, we should never agree with what the accuser says about them.  Satan is the one whispering in people’s ears, ‘God is repulsed by you.’  God is saying, ‘I love you — I’m crazy about you!  Come home to Me.’

This is where I need a love bath.  I need to feel God’s love for people in a deeper way.  I need to look through the goggles of His love.

I need His presence in my life more than I need things or activities.    Do you know what I mean?

I see the world around us getting darker, but at the same time — I am excited.  I know that the true Church will get brighter and God will be seen more and more.   People scoff and thumb their noses at the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, but one day every knee will bow to Him and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Philippians 2:10-11).   Are you ready Church?  Are you ready to walk in the supernatural (which is actually what we are called to do)?

Mark 16:15-18
He [Jesus] said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.   Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.  And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues;  they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”

Prepare yourself while you can my friends.  This is the greatest time in history to be on earth.  We were chosen for such a time as this and God has a plan for us!

Have a sweet day in the Lord~
