Yesterday I watched a Believer’s Voice of Victory broadcast with Gloria Copeland and a gentleman who I think may have been her son-in-law.

They were sharing how they learned to stand on scriptures and believe for a debt free life.   This is the same ministry that taught me YEARS ago (like back in the late 80’s/early 90’s) about my authority as a believer.

As they were sharing the scriptures, I thought some of these would apply for other needs as well.

Proverbs 22:6-7
Train up a child in the way he should go,

And when he is old he will not depart from it.

(I will NOT depart from Your instruction Lord.)

Deut 28:12
The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

(WE SHALL LEND AND NOT BORROW!)

Deut 15:6
For the Lord your God will bless you just as He promised you; you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow; you shall reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over you.

(You will LEND and not borrow!  God will bless you.)

Genesis 18:14
Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

(NO!  Nothing is too hard for my God!  I will live debt free!  Or you could take this stand daily:  I will live in divine health.)

Numbers 11:23
And the Lord said to Moses, “Has the Lord’s arm been shortened? Now you shall see whether what I say will happen to you or not.”

(NO!  God’s arm has NOT been shortened.  Through God I can live debt free!  Or perhaps: I can live in divine health!)

Psalm 78:41
Yes, again and again they tempted God,
And limited the Holy One of Israel.

(God, I will not tempt You and I will not limit You in my life.)

Isaiah 59:1
Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy,
That it cannot hear.

(Your arm is not too short to save us from debt and move on our behalf.  Your arm is not too short to save us from sickness.)

Matt 19:26
But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

(Through God, it is POSSIBLE to walk debt free!  It is possible!  It is possible to walk in divine health!)

Mark 9:23
Jesus said to him, “If you can believe,
all things are possible to him who believes.”

(I believe I will walk debt free in Jesus’ Name.  I believe I will walk in divine health in Jesus’ Name!)

Luke 18:27
But He said, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.”

(It IS possible for us to walk debt free!  It IS possible to walk in divine health because by HIS stripes we are healed.)

Romans 4:21
and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.

(I am fully persuaded that I can and will live debt free.  I will lend and not borrow.  I am fully persuaded that I can live and walk in divine health.)

Ephesians 3:20
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us…

(I DARE to believe that I can live a debt free life and only lend and never borrow.  I dare to believe that I can walk in divine health.)

1 John 5:4
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world.  And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.

(Debt is of this world system and I OVERCOME the power of debt with my faith!  Sickness is of the fallen world and I overcome sickness with the blood of the Lamb and my faith!)

The son-in-law sharing these scriptures said that he and his wife stood on these scriptures daily and confessed with their mouths — even when they prayed over a meal.  Now they walk in victory!

What do you need to press in for today?

Thanks for visiting me!  Have a super blessed day!

I apologize for the inconsistency in scripture font colors.   I have been having problems with WordPress for some reason.  This too shall pass!
