I saw this beautiful tree as I was driving home this morning.

I imagined all of the years of growth, maturity, springs, summers, autumns, and winters this tree had seen.   It is located on what was once a dairy farm.  Did the farmer and his family sit under the shade of that tree?  Did the tree provide a home-base for years of hide and seek?  Was it once loved and cherished just to find itself here in this season of life?

The dairy farmers are gone and strangers have taken over the land.  The tree has no more leaves, provides very little shade, and stands there, alone.

Why did it stop producing life?  What happened to this beauty?  Was it dis-EASE?

Of course the condition of this tree spoke to my heart.

Do you have dis-EASE in your life?  Do you feel barren, broken, raped of what you produced in your life?

John 10:10
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

Did you find yourself in this season because of poor choices?  Are you here due to the choices of others?

As Christians, the enemy of our souls comes to steal, kill, and destroy.  However, REJOICE because God gave us His Word!   We can have direction, know His heart, grow, mature, and produce good fruit as we grow in Him.  He provides LIFE.

I am here to encourage you no matter what season you find yourself.   God loves you and He sees you.  He is a loving Father who desires a relationship with you — no matter how barren, exposed, or broken you feel.

God is faithful!  He will never leave your nor forsake you child of God.  As long as you have breath in your lungs, there is HOPE.  Your destiny is not the destiny of this beautiful old tree.  Your best days can be ahead of you.

Make sure the dis-ease in your life  is replaced with PEACE.

Philippians 4:7
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

John 14:27
Peace I leave with you; My [perfect] peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. [Let My perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge.] Amplified Version

God bless you today!
