This is a picture of what is left of a barn shelter at our home.  Sorry the picture is so dark.  I took the photo while it was still raining.

Last night a band of storms BLEW through. It really looked like hurricane force winds and our shelter is proof. There WAS a side wall and a back wall on this shelter. This was the first time I was able to view our pond from this spot. Notice the roof is gone too?  The tobacco barn lost some tin as well.   Our house is to the right of this area and thankfully we were completely shielded and protected.  The wreaths didn’t even blow off of our house.

Psalm 91:9-11
Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge,
Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
No evil shall befall you,
Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;
For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways.

I would have loved for all of our property to have been spared, but I’m grateful that no lives or animals were injured.
