Just one question for you. Do you see something that might resemble a bag of cat treats?
Look closely.
The other night I heard my husband and daughter discussing their inability to find the cat treats that they had the night before. First, my daughter opened the cabinet, “I DON’T SEE THEM DADDY!” Then my husband opened the same cabinet and didn’t see them either.
Did I get up and join the hunt? NO.
One reason is this: The cat is fat and spoiled anyway.
Second reason: I do this almost every day. BOTH of them will look right at something and “not see it” for some reason. I go look and shazzam~ the item is right where I told them it was.
The morning after the cat treat hunt, I opened the cabinet and immediately saw the bag. I took a picture and shut the door. lol
Ok, I know I need to clean under my sink and I have some nerve posting this for all to see … I know, I know.
Did God give women a “find it” gene or something?
Am I the only Mom that goes through this?
Ha we do this all the time I will “supervise” as they look and tell them to pick this up if not under there well then pick this up and so on until they find what they are looking for. But my super power is I can remember where just about everything is and tell you where it is. You could try the “supervising” thing it works around here and yes I have to do it with Tony too. Love you
You’re not the only mom, but no kids here, just the hubby. Randy is forever opening the frig & staring with this blank look on his face. I ask what he’s looking for and when he replies, I tell him he might have to move something to find it. It’s a big joke between the two of us.
Too funny! Same here. Apparently not only am I the only person in this house who can find things, but I am also the only person that can solve the mystery of how to put the new roll of toilet paper on the dispenser.
i have wondered the very same thing a million times! i do think it’s a mom thing lol
